AccuraImage© has been customized to seamlessly interface with your Insurance Agency Management System, while supporting the CSR's current workflow. The defined process allows your Agency Management System to manage the indexing criteria associated with client documents.

While processing client files, the CSR generates a Control Document from within your Insurance Agency Management System, which separates each processed document that relates to an in your Insurance Agency Management System. The Control Document contains the filing criteria, consisting of data elements directly from your Agency Management System, avoiding human intervention in the filing process, and thus filing errors. Audit entries are created in the Activities section of your Agency Management System to cross reference with the electronically filed documents.

The daily batches of documents are collected and dropped into the scanner by an office worker. The batches are released into the Document Management Module, completing the process and making all documents available to the users.

This process allows the filing decisions to be made by the appropriate, skilled staff members, and enables you to use less skilled staff for the actual scanning process. There is absolutely no manual document indexing or key wording required. This is a highly efficient and easy process to implement.

Implementation of new technology is typically stressful. The AccuraImage© business solution is interwoven with the Agency's existing process to minimize the changes your office will experience. This process is designed with the user in mind, allowing them to file and retrieve documents easily.

When AccuraImage© is used in conjunction with your Agency Management System, the user can directly access the documents associated with a customer account through the use of a hot key. When the hot key is pressed, all documents associated with the customer, and/or specific policy they were reviewing in the Agency Management System, are displayed on the screen.
